Roy Rogers will open a flagship store in June inside a former Wendy’s in Eldersburg, Maryland, on Ridge Road. Featuring the Frederick, Maryland-based chain’s latest design elements as well as drive-thru and operational enhancements — including the brand’s first digital drive-thru menu boards — the store is the second Roy Rogers for Carroll County.
